A 50% nonrefundable booking fee is required to reserve the space

Check Out Policy
You will not incur any fees if you pick up your pet during our morning hours from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. However, if you pick up your pet in the afternoon between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., a charge for that day will apply. For any pickups or drop-offs outside our standard hours, a $75 convenience fee will be assessed.

Payment is required at the time of pickup. We accept various forms of payment including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), cash, and checks. Please note that all prices are subject to change and may vary depending on weather conditions.
