Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a guarantee I'll get the results I want?

There’s no guarantee of specific results. Success depends on how consistently owners practice with their dog at home between sessions — the more time, patience, and practice invested, the better the outcome.

Can I get a refund if I don't see results?

No — refunds and outcome guarantees are not offered for training services.

Does my dog need to be spayed or neutered to enroll?

No. The only exception is a female dog in active heat, who cannot attend class during that period (typically about 3 weeks) but can make up missed sessions afterward.

What should I bring to class?

Bring high-value treats, a favorite toy, and a chew item to keep your dog occupied during discussion portions of class. Dogs must arrive on a standard 6-foot leash (no retractable/flexi leads). Collar options are covered during orientation.

Does my dog need to be comfortable meeting other dogs?

No — dogs aren’t required to greet other dogs on arrival, and greetings between dogs aren’t encouraged at drop-off, since not every dog enjoys that interaction.
